Udhyami ke Pramukh karya

Udhyami” Udhyog ka kaptaan hain evam Utpadan tatha vitran vyavastha ka ek mahatav purn aadhr stambh hain. Udhyami ki durdarshita tatha yogyta par hi udhyog ki safalta nirbhar karti hein.  Udhyami ke Pramukh karya ninm hein;

Nirnay lena (Decision Making): Vartman Udhyogik Parivesh mein aodhyogik kriyao ki sthapna, sanghthan evam sanchalan ke lie udhyanmi ko kai nirany lene padte hein. Jese; Udhyog ke chayan ka nirnay, vastu ke chayan kla nirnay, Utpadan sthal ke chayan ka nirnay lena, Utpadan ke pemane ka nirnay lena.

Anya Gun (Other Qualities): Udhyami mein nimn gun bhi aavshyak samjhe gaye hein; Sewa Bhawna, Imandari, Gopniyta bnaye rakhne ka gun, Ashvasan.

Udhyami Ke Samajik Uttardayitva

Udhyami ke samajik uttardayitva nimn hein;

Swayam ke upkram ke prati Uttardayitva: Labh arjan ke avsaro mei vridhi karna, nyuntam lagat par kushaltam sanchalan karna, Udhyogik anusandhan ko prerit karna.

Viniyoktao ke prati Uttardayitav: Viniyokato ke dhan ko surakshit rakhna, Viniyoktao ko aavashyak suchnaye dena, Uchit labhansh dena.

Karamchariyo ke prati Uttardayitav: Prernatamk Parishrmik dena, Sewa suraksha pradan karna, Prabandh karyo mein hissa dena.

Upbhoktao ke prati Uttardayitav: Uchit mulya par acchi vasti dena, Niymit purti bnaye rakhna.

Rastra ke prati Uttardayitva: Sarkari Nitiyo ka palan karna, Uchit Kar dena, Sadhno ka durupyog na karna.
